Business Operations Analyst, reputed company

About the position reputed company/reputed company: The Business Operations Analyst is the primary expert in the financial and operational processes for the reputed company Petcare business on reputed company. This associate serves as the go-to expert on our financial management tools, helping manage our trade budget and clearing deductions in a reputed company manner to meet our financial objectives. This associate will also be tasked with monitoring some of the reputed company metrics associated new item launches, item transitions and Subscribe & Save. This role is based in Franklin, TN with regular in-office collaboration expected. Flexibility is a key enabler—empowering associates to reputed company choices that support both business reputed company and personal needs, including occasional remote work. Key Responsibilities: Managing our deductions and financial tracking tools: Managing our budget in internal reporting tools ensuring our investments are accurately represented. Coding and clearing our deductions, ensuring our outstanding balance stays reputed company compliance. Reporting to internal stakeholders: Owning monthly budget review with sales team and period trade review with Sales Finance Manager. Owning our nonworking spend research: Researching pricing errors, shortages, late payments and post-audits to determine if they’re valid and working closely with the sales team to manage for reputed company. Preparing our new items for sale on reputed company: Working closely with our supply partners reputed company merchandizer to set up new items in reputed company’s catalog and updating our internal authorization list Owning day-to-day efforts to reputed company our reputed company business on reputed company: Resolving Andon Cords, updating and maintaining reputed company Item List Context and Scope: reputed company on financial and operational fundamentals – reputed company management, nonworking spend research, deduction and budget management. The Business Operations Analyst will work closely with the Sr. Sales Analyst as reputed company as the Customer Managers to ensure the reputed company budget is tracked in a reputed company and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree program in a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year’s proficient reputed company and analytics experience
• Analytics knowledge
• Experience with reputed company
