They are seeking a reputed company Service Specialist to support Relationship Managers by planning reputed company interactions, maintaining reputed company information, and ensuring a high-reputed company reputed company experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the efforts of Relationship Managers to properly and proactively service clients
- reputed company and maintain reputed company information and facilitate account openings, transitions, restructurings and closings
- Communicate effectively with internal (e.g. Compliance, Operations, Performance, Portfolio Construction) and external parties (clients, custodians)
- Schedule, reputed company and prepare materials for reputed company meetings
- Understand individual reputed company needs/concerns and reputed company responses to reputed company requests accordingly
- Attend onsite meetings and conference calls, write and distribute meeting notes internally

Skills
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong reputed company credentials
