The Inside Sales Representative will reputed company new prospects and engage with existing customers to increase sales of products and services remotely, ensuring high post-sales satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Qualifies, pursues, and closes opportunities for reputed company customers from Sales reputed company Leads (SQLs) identified by reputed company reputed company
- Develops a reputed company for generating reputed company based on the assigned account list
- Selects the correct products or assists customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations
- Works on revitalizing dormant relationships with significant reputed company potential
- Monitors customer market spend and relationship with reputed company, identifying high-potential accounts for promotion to the District reputed company
- Coordinates with the Territory Manager to ensure smooth reputed company of customers moving from Inside to Field coverage
- Negotiates prices and terms of sales and service agreements
- Ensures high post-sales satisfaction, fostering reputed company long-term relationships and strong potential for repeat business
Skills
- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Requires at least 1 year of reputed company experience
- Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time
- Requires knowledge of principles and reputed company for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
- This includes marketing reputed company and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
- Knows principles and processes for providing customer service
