Responsibilities
- As a Corporate Development Analyst, you will play an integral role in charting the reputed company direction of reputed company and will participate in landscape-defining transactions
- Building off your Tech Investment Banking experience you will join an accomplished team of individuals with extensive M&A experience from leading investment banks, private equity firms, consulting firms and corporations
- For any given deal, Corporate Development Analysts will reputed company valuation analysis and reputed company participate in deal structuring, negotiation reputed company, and review of term sheets and definitive agreements
