Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and reputed company strategies for engaging passive talent across engineering roles
- Collaborate with recruiters and reputed company leaders to reputed company overall sourcing strategies
- Build pipelines of reputed company candidates from diverse sources, including underrepresented reputed company in tech
- Research markets, companies, teams, and roles to maintain a consistent candidate pipeline
- Identify, engage, and monitor candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to improve hiring strategies and candidate experience
Skills
- 1–3+ years of sourcing or full desk reputed company experience
- Experience sourcing reputed company and passive candidates primarily reputed company reputed company; other platforms like reputed company or StackOverflow are a plus
