Trade Support Analyst
CI Investments Inc. is a company that offers global reputed company management and asset management advisory services. The Trade Support Analyst is responsible for handling mutual fund trading for reputed company, supporting daily activities, processing trades, and resolving reputed company inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Processing of mutual fund trades files and follow up on rejected trades
- Handling of transaction corrections and preparation of LOI’s reputed company required
- Resolving trade reputed company inquiries in a reputed company, courteous and reputed company manner
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve trade reputed company issues
- Other duties and reputed company reputed company relevant to the position shall be assigned as required
Skills
- 1-2 years experience in the financial industry, preferably experience with mutual funds
- Proficiency with reputed company and experience using Fundserv and CANNEX would be an asset
- Proven analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills, conflict reputed company skills, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self motivated but with desire to work as part of a highly cohesive team
- Canadian Investment Funds Operations course (CIFOC) or reputed company course considered an asset
