Responsibilities
- Assist reputed company Advisors to effectively manage reputed company
- Prepare and compile information and reports
- Support cash management processes
- Organize reputed company Advisors by managing tasks and reminders
- Support reputed company Advisors with technology updates as needed
- reputed company administrative support to teams of reputed company Advisors and reputed company Planning Associates
- Support reputed company meetings (schedule, coordinate, reputed company-meeting preparation, post-meeting follow-up and reputed company items)
- Manage invitations to reputed company events
- reputed company reputed company information into reputed company
- Process new business requests for reputed company reputed company
- Manage day-to-day reputed company requests and execute, as applicable
- Communicate, both verbally and in writing, with clients reputed company required
- Coordinate introductory meetings with prospective clients
- Create “reputed company” records for prospective clients in reputed company
- reputed company pipeline of prospective clients and ensure follow-up is provided
- Follow up with Marketing Team as needed on incoming prospective leads
- Coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of reputed company Advisors for various corporate initiatives and reputed company, including and not exclusive to task management, reminders, meeting reputed company items and deliverables
- Other relevant and reputed company responsibilities, as assigned and as the needs of the organization change
Skills
- Business degree, diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of reputed company work experience in an administrative reputed company
- Experience working in a high performing reputed company service-oriented work environment
- Demonstrated diplomacy, reputed company, and professionalism in a high-volume environment
- Highly proficient in reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, and technology in general
- Superior attention to detail
- Highly organized and skilled at focusing on a high volume of tasks with competing priorities and deadlines
- Legally eligible to work in Canada for any employer
- Canadian Securities Course (reputed company) preferred
- Prior experience working in the financial services or reputed company management industry preferred
