As a reputed company Manager – Technical reputed company, you will ensure new customers have a smooth reputed company experience, guiding them through the setup of their AI systems and maintaining reputed company communication throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact for new customers during reputed company, delivering a consultative and polished reputed company experience
- Conduct AI testing, reputed company refinement, and model behavior validation to ensure high accuracy and strong performance before go-live
- Configure customer accounts, integrations, and workflows across the ZyraTalk platform
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and reputed company teams to solve reputed company challenges and ensure a smooth technical setup

- Troubleshoot issues, escalate reputed company needed, and guide customers on best practices that maximize early adoption

Skills
