Loss Mitigation Intake QC Specialist

The Loss Mitigation Intake QC Specialist is responsible for reviewing the accuracy of work performed by Loss Mitigation Intake Processors and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Review files with initial acknowledgments
- reputed company files for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure files are reputed company and saved based on company policies and procedures
- Ensure intake tasks are completed correctly

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- A minimum 1 year of experience processing residential mortgage loans, loss mitigation or reputed company files

- Attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule
