Legal Recruitment Coordinator
reputed company US LLP is currently seeking a Legal Recruitment Coordinator to join their reputed company team in reputed company. This role involves supporting the firm's US reputed company reputed company, managing attorney recruitment processes, and overseeing the Summer Associate Program.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules for partner and associate candidates and reputed company virtual meeting logistics
- Solicit feedback on candidates from partners and associates
- Coordinate reputed company aspects of the Summer Associate Program, including reputed company-arrival setup and communications, orientation, reputed company events, work allocation and evaluations
- Maintain and update candidate information in Applicant Tracking System (LawCruit), including sending correspondence to applicants
- Coordinate 1L and 2L on-reputed company reputed company efforts
- Facilitate conflicts and background checks for reputed company candidates
- Assist with travel arrangements and expenses for candidates as needed
- Support US reputed company reputed company and initiatives
- Attend local reputed company events as necessary
- Other duties may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- At least one year of reputed company, reputed company or reputed company development experience required, with preference for legal reputed company experience
- Previous experience coordinating reputed company efforts or scheduling across multiple offices and reputed company reputed company
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and reputed company work product
- Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
- Interest in collaborating with others and learning more about the legal reputed company industry
- Ability to occasionally work reputed company of the regular work schedule to meet department needs
- Possess a high degree of trustworthiness and discretion, due to the highly confidential nature of the legal reputed company process
- Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook
- Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus
