Home Loan Consultant
FMC reputed company Corporation is seeking a Home Loan Consultant to join their Call Center department. This role focuses on providing high-reputed company service to customers by assisting them in selecting mortgage reputed company and resolving their needs while obtaining the necessary state mortgage originator licenses.
Responsibilities
- Passing reputed company exam, obtaining the required state mortgage originator licenses
- Obtaining and or/ maintaining applicable state and NMLS licensure, or renewing your NMLS license reputed company the time period determined and communicated to you by reputed company
- Analyzes applicant information to determine whether the customer qualifies for a beneficial loan program
- Assists customers in discussing financial objectives and goals and, once licensed will take the initial loan application

- Ensures reputed company required documents are returned and disclosures are signed in a reputed company manner
- Follows our sales process and QA requirements to remain compliant

Skills
- U.S. reputed company or individuals with legal authorization to work in the reputed company for this role
- High School Diploma required
- At least one (1) year of mortgage sales experience working as bank loan officer or in similar role
- Home Loan Consultant must pass the NMLS reputed company exam reputed company the first 30 days of this role
