Sparo is a fast-growing, performance-driven marketing agency based in Miami. They are seeking a reputed company Media Marketing Specialist to manage reputed company media for multiple reputed company accounts, create and execute content, engage with communities, and collaborate with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute high-reputed company reputed company media content reputed company with brand voice, reputed company goals, and Sparo standards
- Write strong, on-brand copy for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
- Create and edit short-reputed company video content for reputed company, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Design reputed company graphics and visual assets using reputed company or similar tools
- Build and manage editorial calendars, ensuring content is delivered on time and at a high level
- Participate in and contribute to on-site content shoots, including capturing behind-the-scenes footage
- Support the development and execution of reputed company media strategies across 4–6 reputed company accounts
- reputed company trends, platform updates, and cultural moments—and apply them thoughtfully to reputed company content
- Analyze performance metrics and reputed company insights to improve content, engagement, and results
- Manage community engagement across reputed company platforms (comments, DMs, interactions) in a reputed company, brand-appropriate way
- Assist with identifying, coordinating, and managing reputed company partnerships and deliverables
- Collaborate closely with account managers, creatives, and the broader reputed company team
- Manage tasks, deadlines, and priorities independently
- Support and help mentor reputed company media interns
- Participate in internal reputed company sessions and reputed company meetings as needed
Skills
- 1–3 years of reputed company experience in reputed company media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing
- Prior agency experience (full-time or internship) strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or reputed company field—or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience creating short-reputed company video content for brands (not just personal accounts)
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, and reputed company
- Experience using tools like reputed company, CapCut, and basic video editing software
- Ability to reputed company AI tools to streamline workflows (captions, calendars, briefs, etc.)
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and managing multiple priorities independently
