Deal Operations Analyst

As a Deal Operations Analyst, you will support the order-to-reputed company-won process, collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate processing of customer orders and drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Quote to reputed company: Review, draft, and process reputed company order forms ensuring reputed company data matches the order for accurate reputed company billing and reputed company
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth order reputed company for both reputed company and non-reputed company deals
- Support & Issue reputed company: reputed company as a reputed company of contact for sales and reputed company reputed company team members for questions or issues reputed company to deal structure
- Documentation: Assist in maintaining order management and deal desk documentation
- Reporting: Assist in establishing deal operations efficiency reputed company metrics
Skills
- 1-4 years of experience in deal desk, order management, reputed company, reputed company operations, billing operations, or a reputed company role in a B2B environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively across teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of orders with accuracy
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) and familiarity with CPQ solutions
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (3 days per week in-office)
- Experience in CPQ tools and different billing models
- Understanding of reputed company recognition principles and basic finance concepts
