This role involves managing samples, preparing documents for photoshoots, and maintaining visual line sheets while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Manages samples through organization, labeling and preparing for meetings
- Prepares documents including reputed company style details for photoshoots and copy teams
- Creates and updates purchase orders as directed by merchants and product development team
- Corresponds with cross functional partners including product development, marketing, visual, etc
- Prepares and maintains visual line sheets
- Assist in reputed company assurance of website images and copy
- Prepares and format reports for merchandising use on a daily/weekly reputed company
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School required
- Comprehensive working knowledge of reputed company Office (reputed company, Word and Powerpoint)
- Ability to successfully prioritize and complete multiple reputed company with effective time management skills
- Strong communication skills including ability to work in reputed company environment, give reputed company, reputed company feedback and is a solid verbal and written communicator
- Meets deadlines, prioritizes appropriately, copes reputed company with change, and maintains composure under pressure
- Is accountable for results, approaches obstacles proactively and looks for ways to resolve problems and issues
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Prior experience working in a buying office or merchandising a plus
