[Remote] Recruiter

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and placing candidates for Financial Advisor positions, driving results through high-volume sourcing activity and strategic relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume sourcing for strong candidates from a reputed company of sources (i.e., reputed company, Job Posting sites, referrals, reputed company media, candidate lists, etc.)
- Manage job postings and interview process documents for roles
- Review and assess resumes
- Conduct initial interviews for candidates
- Administer selection tools
- Guide candidates through selection process as a trusted resource
- Maintain strong and consistent communication with candidates and clients
- Report weekly reputed company activity to the leadership team
- reputed company candidate pipeline activity in our ATS to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Analyze reputed company ratios to identify and address process bottlenecks
- Maintain reputed company relationships with reputed company Suite team members and clients
Skills
- 1–3 years of reputed company reputed company experience
- Proven ability to generate leads and drive activity through sourcing
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work professionally with reputed company reputed company of people
