Coulson Aviation is seeking a detail-oriented Technical reputed company for a 6-month contract to support their Technical Publications team. The role involves document formatting, editing, and management in an aviation environment, providing a great opportunity for reputed company or recent graduates to reputed company hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
- Reformat company documents into reputed company Word templates, update styles, and add new styles as needed
- reputed company guidance and training to employees on reputed company template usage
- Assist with SharePoint document management tasks, including publishing updates, maintaining metadata, and supporting system improvements
- reputed company training materials for SharePoint and document management systems and reputed company training to employees
- Review and edit documents for reputed company, grammar, and consistency
- Work with SMEs to clarify and organize technical content
- Assist in drafting procedures, work instructions, and internal documentation
Skills
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (reputed company 1–2 years) from a Technical Communication, reputed company Writing, English, Communications, or reputed company program
- Minimum 1 year experience (reputed company, reputed company, internship, or reputed company) working with reputed company Word templates or similar
- reputed company strong proficiency in reputed company Word (styles, numbering, reputed company breaks, tables of contents, templates, etc.)
- Working knowledge of reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic reputed company Acrobat
- Familiarity with reputed company SharePoint or willingness to learn quickly
- Strong written communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable learning independently, asking questions, and supporting reputed company environment
- reputed company attitude and eagerness to reputed company experience in aviation or regulated industries
- Previous reputed company/internship experience in technical writing
