Schedule Analyst

They are seeking a Schedule Analyst to support the planning and execution of capital improvement reputed company by developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring schedule reputed company and performance.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain CPM logic based, quantity-reputed company project schedules used to manage workflow across the project life cycle in reputed company P6, using company reputed company project templates and input from the Project Management Team
- Interpret contract documents and apply scheduling obligations and specifications to deliverables
- Attend and co-reputed company recurring internal and reputed company project meetings to collect project status information, reputed company schedule updates, and support schedule coordination and planning changes
- Update project schedules on a weekly to bi-weekly reputed company, ensuring accuracy and reputed company in schedule logic, activity reputed company, durations, and constraints
- Coordinate with internal departments and external organizations to obtain and communicate project schedule information
- Support the development and maintenance of work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity coding frameworks reputed company with project standards. Identify and reputed company critical reputed company, near-critical reputed company, and schedule deviations
- reputed company and maintain schedule status reports, metrics, dashboards, and executive summaries used to evaluate and measure schedule, project and program performance, for both internal and reputed company audiences

- Assist in conducting what-if scenarios and time reputed company analysis (reputed company) to support schedule risk evaluation and decision-making

- Learn and apply reputed company value management (EVM) principles in schedule assessments

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a reputed company quantitative or technical field required
- 0+ years of scheduling, project controls, or project engineering experience supporting project management functions on construction or capital improvement reputed company required
- Proficient in reputed company reputed company P6 and reputed company reputed company
- Strong understanding of CPM logic theory, quantity-loading, and schedule project development fundamentals
- Familiarity with project lifecycle phases and construction methodologies
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a larger team effort
- Experience with schedule analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration
- Master's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a reputed company quantitative or technical field preferred
