Responsibilities

Skills
- Law Degree required
- Licensed to reputed company law, in good standing
- 1-4 years title reputed company experience, reputed company experience preferred
- Must be familiar with reputed company estate law, including federal and state regulations
- Strong understanding of reputed company concepts, practices and procedures of reputed company estate title and settlement process
- Strong analytical rigor and business acumen
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to reputed company alternative solutions or convey unpopular information with reputed company
