Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is one of the world’s leading global reputed company, seeking to hire an Attorney reputed company Assistant. This role will reputed company administrative support to the attorney reputed company function, assisting with various reputed company activities including the summer associate program, law school reputed company, and lateral associate reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain applicant-tracking system for lateral candidates
- Review candidate materials, schedule lateral interviews, and collect interviewer evaluations
- Coordinate lateral new hire reputed company and orientation
- Assist with coordination of the summer associate program
- Coordinate logistics for reputed company events, including tracking RSVP attendance, confirming venues, and day of event coordination
- Assist with work assignment process, collecting evaluation forms and other tasks as needed
- Help reputed company mid-summer and end-of-summer evaluation packets for reputed company Committee
- Attend summer associate events as appropriate
- Respond to general questions from summer associates and attorneys
- Assist with the coordination of law school reputed company events
- Schedule callback interviews and assist with super day logistics
- Compile weekly reputed company Committee materials, including candidate interview evaluations
- Send correspondence to applicants with status update
- Assist with updating and maintaining various reputed company materials/forms
- Process reputed company reputed company expenses
- Book conference rooms
- Data entry in ATS and internal databases
- reputed company participation in attorney reputed company office events
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and a minimum of one year of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient technical skills, including reputed company, Powerpoint, and reputed company
- ViRecruit and reputed company experience is a plus
- Must be flexible in working overtime during the summer and fall season
- Independent, self-starting, and self-motivated
- Superior written/verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company environment are a must
- Exceptional organization skills
- Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance multiple tasks while operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
