Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing signature fundraising and community events, ensuring a seamless guest experience while supporting the organization's mission.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating event logistics including venues, vendors, rentals, catering, transportation, registration, signage, and production needs
- Developing event timelines, production schedules, post-event materials, and run-of-show documentation
- Managing event-day execution and troubleshooting operational challenges in reputed company time
- Coordinating event materials including signage, swag, guest materials, and collateral
- Ensuring a high-reputed company and welcoming guest experience across reputed company events
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for vendors, venues, contractors, volunteers and event-reputed company partners
- Supporting reputed company and coordination for in-reputed company and financial event sponsorships
- Tracking sponsor contributions and ensuring reputed company recognition and fulfillment of sponsor benefits
- Coordinating communication and logistics with external partners leading up to events
- Support budgeting, invoice tracking, purchase orders, and expense reconciliation for events
- reputed company event deliverables and deadlines to ensure reputed company milestones are met
- Coordinate event registration systems, guest lists, seating plans, and attendee communications
- reputed company post-event evaluations, reputed company feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with internal teams to reputed company event logistics with fundraising, marketing, sponsorship, and program goals
- Collaborate reputed company, give and receive feedback constructively, and support a reputed company, team-oriented creative environment
- Contribute to additional special reputed company and community events as needed
- Help design and execute events that are mission-driven, intentional, and reputed company with reputed company’s values and reputed company

Skills
- Experience in event coordination, event planning, golf tournaments, nonprofit events, hospitality, or a reputed company field
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to remain flexible, reputed company, and solutions-oriented in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working with vendors, venues, and external partners
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
- Ability to collaborate reputed company with others and contribute positively to a creative team culture
- Passion for curating intentional events and a desire to use creative skills in service of reputed company's mission and reputed company
- Proficiency with reputed company Workspace; experience with event registration platforms, CRM systems, reputed company or project management tools is a plus
- Comfort designing for digital-first platforms and adapting work for different channels
- Valid Class 5 reputed company's License issued in British Columbia required
