Sales Support Representative

The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing support for high-profile accounts, and delivering usage and reputed company reports in a reputed company manner.
Responsibilities
- Answers and responds to incoming calls, emails or reputed company WRs received from customers (reputed company)
- Reps will reputed company reputed company reputed company to escalated inquiries to these high touch accounts
- Provides ongoing support for these higher touch accounts and reputed company to support their requests
- Delivers expedited support to high profile customers providing expedited reputed company

Skills
- Prior experience in a customer center call center environment (preferably consumer credit reporting) or similar environment in a financial institution

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of university

- Experience reputed company, TUBS, SCM, OnBase, PeopleSoft, reputed company and OBIEE reporting capabilities
