The role involves managing existing customer accounts, generating new business, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through a consultative retention approach.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for customer account management reputed company in an assigned book of business, establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with reputed company customers, and build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
