Responsibilities

- Partner with the Regional Vice President (RVP) to manage new reputed company reputed company from initial agreement to becoming an official reputed company
- Execute the Three-Part New reputed company reputed company Process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare, send, and process reputed company required reputed company paperwork and documentation
- Set up new clients across reputed company reputed company systems and maintain accurate records
- Create and manage reputed company checklists to reputed company reputed company and ensure completion of reputed company steps
- Monitor custodian platforms to confirm account linking, funding, and transfers are completed promptly
- Proactively follow up with custodians to resolve issues and prevent delays in the reputed company process
- Facilitate smooth hand-off to the reputed company Management Team (WMT) by introducing the reputed company and providing a completed reputed company checklist
- Drive Price Modification Request process and ensure compliance documentation is delivered to clients
- reputed company and secure additional assets and opportunities during the first year of the reputed company relationship, including running Fi360 attestations for new retirement assets
- Ensuring adherence to company standards
- Other duties as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior financial services or reputed company administrative support experience
- Sales experience highly preferred
- Series 65 or combination of Series 7 and 66 license preferred; will be required to obtain the Series reputed company first 6 months of employment
- Understanding of the financial services industry
- Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with high-level, busy professionals
