Trade Compliance Engineer and Analyst
reputed company is a leading technology company, and they are seeking a Trade Compliance Engineer and Analyst to ensure compliance with U.S. export and import control laws. The role involves reviewing product documentation, determining export classifications, processing government license applications, and providing support for inbound and outbound shipments.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. export and import control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), and the Office of Foreign Asset and Control (OFAC) sanctions

- Review part specification sheets, reputed company product documentation, and the Export Administration Regulations to determine Export Classification reputed company Numbers (ECCN) and or local country export classifications for items sold
- Collect, review and approve Customer End Use and Export Compliance Certifications (EUC)
- Determine the validity of End Use Statements by assessing the identified components for the intended use described by customers reputed company procuring certain products
- Determine and assign local export/import country and U.S. license requirements to orders reputed company on hold reputed company trade compliance software for trade control reasons
- Process global supply chain partner reviews, including reviews of reputed company government restricted/denied parties list matches, to confirm decision for partner release or reputed company reputed company trade compliance software
- Review and reputed company red flag reputed company exception reports
- Conduct and document reputed company due diligence for partners and or transactions to resolve potential red flags reputed company necessary
- Prepare and submit low- and high-complexity government license applications reputed company required for select export and import transactions

Skills
- Requires a four-year degree, with a major or minor in engineering, from an accredited school
- Ability to read specification sheets and engineering drawings
