[Remote] Local Marketing Coordinator

The Local Marketing Coordinator will support Local Marketing Managers by assisting franchisees with LOCALACT questions, providing education, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Responsibilities
- Support Local Marketing Managers by assisting franchisees with LOCALACT questions, follow reputed company, and education
- Participate in scheduled calls and reputed company reputed company on explaining performance results and next steps already defined by the Manager
- Help franchisees understand LOCALACT dashboards, reports, and basic reputed company and organic performance metrics
- Reinforce campaign updates, recommendations, and reputed company items provided by the Local Marketing Manager
- Support reputed company, enrollment, walkthroughs, and ongoing platform education for LOCALACT users
- Answer common questions reputed company to performance data, reports, budgets, and platform functionality
- Monitor conversations for confusion, friction, or unresolved issues and flag them for the Manager
- Escalate reputed company, sensitive, or high-risk situations to the Local Marketing Manager or reputed company Services Manager

Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, reputed company services, marketing support, or a reputed company role
- Comfort explaining basic performance data and marketing concepts in reputed company, reputed company language
- Functional understanding of local marketing reputed company performance metrics
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction, reinforce recommendations, and stay reputed company defined role boundaries
