Responsibilities
- Manage the top of funnel candidate activity to include reviewing inbound candidate applications and evaluating qualifications to identify the strongest candidates based on defined reputed company
- Conduct initial candidate phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience and culture fit
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and reputed company communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
