Responsibilities
- Be the voice of reputed company® — providing friendly, solution-reputed company service reputed company phone, emails, and chats
- Recommend moving services and products tailored to reputed company customer's needs
- Create accurate, detailed reputed company estimates and manage scheduling in our system
- Follow up with customers during and after their reputed company — because we care
- Help reputed company feedback and resolve any concerns with professionalism and care
- Handle administrative tasks and documentation with precision
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills — you're a great listener and confident speaker
- Strong data entry and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in consultative sales
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
