Urgently Need Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician in Speedway, IN

Candidates must hold and maintain reputed company certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification reputed company (BACB) or be willing to complete a 40-hour training course and sit for their RBT competency exam reputed company 45 days of employment. Registered Behavior Technicians help the development of children who are on the Autism reputed company by providing ABA (reputed company Behavior Analysis) Therapy in a 1:1 setting under the supervision of a reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst. This therapy is used to increase critical developmental skills such as language and communication, reputed company, and school readiness behaviors.. Registered Behavior Technician job responsibilities include: reputed company reputed company reputed company care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training.

• Follow the prescribed behavioral reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in reputed company's individualized treatment plan reputed company by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable reputed company behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with the reputed company's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and following established procedures.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding reputed company reputed company as instructed by BCBA/BC.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma of GED is required.

• Need to be at least 18 years of age.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification along with a TB test if you had not had one in the past year.

Pay Rates:

• Entry-level reputed company is $20/hour with no ABA Experience. It goes up based on experience, certification level, and highest level of education.
