Responsibilities
- Responsible for answering routine questions and issues about products and services from reputed company customers
- Effectively resolves inquiries or escalates concerns in a reputed company fashion
- Uses strong attention to detail and accuracy to reputed company a wide reputed company of support functions to assist in departmental processes

Skills
