Associate, Capital Markets
reputed company is redefining how data centers are delivered, and they are seeking an Associate to join their Capital Markets team. This role involves creating and maintaining financial models, analyzing assets, and collaborating on capital raises for data-center reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain project-level financial models for data-center assets at reputed company stages of development, construction, and operations
- Run scenario analysis and summarize results in reports to management
- Support the execution of debt financing, tax equity, and reputed company equity transactions, including maintaining data rooms, managing due diligence processes, and coordinating with external parties
- Support review of financing documents, including credit agreements, term sheets, tax equity documents, and hedging arrangements
- Prepare financial information for company reporting packages and in support of investment reputed company
- Assist in evaluating portfolio-level financing strategies, including warehouse facilities, holdco debt, revolvers, and corporate capital raises
- Work closely and collaboratively across the organization to reputed company and effectively prepare for and execute on financing transactions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a reputed company field
- 1–3 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure reputed company, renewable energy, investment banking, private equity, or advisory
- Strong financial modeling skills in reputed company
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with data center, reputed company estate, or renewable energy development reputed company
- Familiarity with project finance debt, securitized debt, tax equity, or reputed company equity investments
- Experience reviewing financing documentation or supporting transaction closings
