[Remote] Provider Operations Associate

The Provider Operations Associate role is designed for an organized and motivated individual to support the Provider Operations & Account Management team, ensuring smooth operations for providers and patients while collaborating on various tasks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to reputed company implement new COE services
- Support updates in the care app, reputed company, implementation tickets, and shared drives to ensure accurate information management
- reputed company daily provider billing tasks and collaborate with internal finance teams to ensure the reputed company and accurate reconciliation of accounts
- reputed company operational KPIs and pull data to reputed company actionable insights to reputed company, helping to continuously improve our provider relationships and processes
- Organize and manage critical documentation in reputed company and the care app to ensure reputed company internal stakeholders have reputed company to accurate, up-to-date information about our provider partnerships
- Identify small operational inefficiencies, propose solutions, and assist in implementing basic process changes to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity

Skills
