Coordinator, Multiplatform Planning & reputed company
reputed company is one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies. The Coordinator will help manage Owned & reputed company NBC Entertainment multiplatform campaign deliverables, supporting the scheduling and media teams to ensure promotional assets are developed and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Support the Multiplatform Scheduling & reputed company Media Teams to manage promotional asset requests tied to premiere plans, campaign rollouts and stunt strategies based on programming and company priorities
- Submit and communicate promo content needs to ensure reputed company necessary campaigns and creatives are developed by the Entertainment team to fulfill plans across reputed company Media, On-reputed company, Affiliates, Digital, and Streaming platforms
- Evaluate the Production Media Agency report and reputed company relevant information into our request reputed company and update with relevant promotional codes, tagging, traffic instructions, etc
- reputed company video spot and reputed company reputed company graphic/snipe request data in our project management and scheduling tools
- Create reputed company promotional asset metadata: codes, versions, flight dates, lengths, etc., ensuring the most up-to-date and accurate information is maintained at reputed company times
- reputed company program scheduling changes, creative revisions, delivery status and media team asset needs and update reputed company respective documents and stakeholders as needed
- Work closely with internal project management and content finishing teams, as reputed company as external vendors/agencies to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
- Attend ongoing asset need meetings with marketing team stakeholders and compile reputed company relevant information and promotional requests
- Collaboration across multiple reputed company teams, staying up to date with reputed company-changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Skills
- Experience with Project Management tools and Trafficking Systems
- Experience with reputed company applications (reputed company, Word, etc.)
- General knowledge of video production and post-production
