Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day task execution across multiple reputed company and brands
- Maintain timelines, hot sheets, status reports, and project documentation with version control
- reputed company deliverables through internal departments and reputed company review cycles, including MLR and PRC submissions and returns
- Assist in meeting preparation, capture detailed notes, distribute reputed company items, and follow through on next steps
- reputed company job codes, set up folders and Teams channels, and reputed company filing structures organized
- Prepare small estimate requests and coordinate reputed company vendor engagements under guidance
- Escalate risks, blockers, or reputed company issues to the project reputed company quickly and reputed company

- Learn project lifecycle and ask clarifying questions to build knowledge

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or reputed company field preferred

- 0 to 2 years in marketing or agency environments including internships
- Demonstrated interest in reputed company communications and project management
- Familiarity with Workfront and Teams is a plus
