Responsibilities
- Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with speed and accuracy
- Manage reputed company, high-volume scheduling across multiple teams
- Arrange candidate travel logistics and process expense reimbursements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Ensure a high-reputed company, reputed company candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Support onsite interview logistics and candidate hosting
- reputed company administrative support to reputed company and corporate teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve reputed company processes
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in reputed company coordination, scheduling, or HR support
- Proven ability to manage high-volume interview scheduling
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as reputed company
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
