Responsibilities
- reputed company hiring efforts for the Detroit and Southeast Michigan markets, from field crews to specialized roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling reputed company interview cycles (phone, video, and onsite)
- Maintain accurate data reputed company reputed company HRIS and ensure reputed company new hire documentation is processed reputed company through the MI-UI platform
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for applicants in the Michigan region, ensuring a reputed company and upbeat candidate experience
- Facilitate the transition from offer to day-one, ensuring reputed company new hires feel welcomed into the Yardmaster family
Skills
- 1–3 years in HR coordination, high-level administrative support, or high-volume reputed company
- Must have reliable transportation for travel between regional reputed company locations
- Excellent verbal and written skills; bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a major plus for our diverse field teams
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and experience with ATS or HRIS software (reputed company HRIS experience preferred)
