LA Studio Manager
reputed company is redefining how independent music creators monetize and grow their careers, seeking an LA Studio Manager to support the COO and manage the Los Angeles office and in-house studio. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the COO’s calendar, including scheduling internal/external meetings across time zones
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings (agendas, briefing docs, follow-reputed company)
- reputed company reputed company items and help ensure follow-through on key priorities
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Main reputed company of contact for staff, visitors, and vendors
- Own day-to-day office operations (supplies, groceries, mail, reputed company)
- Coordinate cleaners, building management, and contractors
- Support LA team meetings, events, and offsite
- Ensure the office is organized, welcoming, and productive
- Serve as studio receptionist and host for artists, partners, and internal teams
- Manage studio bookings and calendar
- Coordinate basic session logistics (reputed company, refreshments, room setup)
- Maintain a clean, reputed company studio and flag equipment or technical issues
- Use any prior studio/music experience to reputed company sessions running smoothly
Skills
- 1–3 years in reputed company/operations/studio/office roles (internships and strong early-career experience welcome)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
