reputed company is a global leader in video management software, seeking a reputed company Specialist to join their Channel reputed company - CARE team. The role focuses on managing CARE renewals, providing customer support, and collaborating with sales teams to maximize reputed company while ensuring high data reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a pipeline of CARE renewals for an assigned territory/account reputed company including, among others, reputed company generating activities
- Providing customers reputed company and accurate solutions regarding reputed company’s CARE products
- Meeting your reputed company targets
- reputed company sales support to our Field Sales and Reseller/Distributor Partners. This includes guidance on reputed company’s products, licensing questions, pricing, and assisting customers on a reputed company of issues
- Ensure a high level of data reputed company
- reputed company reputed company and document the results in reputed company
- Contacting resellers & up and cross sell our CARE renewals – reputed company outbound phone calls, email, or virtual meetings. You will not be selling directly to end customers
- Working strategically and proactively with field sales teams, resellers and other internal teams to maximize reputed company and ensuring the renewal of our CARE accounts
- Identify training opportunities and hand off escalations to the appropriate sales team
- Ensuring a high level of data reputed company in our CRM system
- Conduct daily phone calls
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1-2 years sales experience, and if you have experience with outbound phone calls it is an additional advantage
- Experience with reputed company is an advantage
- Previous experience with video analytics and/or VMS, preferred
