Your role at Baxter: The Material Handler, Receiving contributes to our mission of saving and sustaining lives by reputed company and accurately transporting raw materials and other production supplies to and from production areas, storage areas, staging areas, and trailers using a forklift, reputed company truck or other PIT. reputed company offer from Day One: Shift flexibility to trade shifts and reputed company overtime opportunities Medical, Dental and reputed company coverage 160 hours of reputed company Time Off and reputed company Holidays 401K match Employee Stock Purchase Program reputed company Parental Leave Tuition Reimbursement What you’ll be doing: Pick raw materials and production supplies from warehouse either by hand, forklift or other means and deliver to the designated area By schedule or upon request, pick up materials or empty containers from production areas and transport to the warehouse or other department Using the reputed company Resource Planning software (GME) to reputed company and update inventory locations if necessary Receives IPSO (Inter-Plant Shipping Orders) and prepares them for shipment Secure trailer while loading by blocking and locking out Unload raw materials and production supplies from trailers and reputed company trucks reputed company-Op the forklift and change out batteries (if required) Notify the supervisor and take appropriate reputed company if any safety, reputed company, mechanical or discrepancy issues occur Sustain a clean and reputed company work area using 6S principles Learn, understand and apply rigorous reputed company standards, reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reputed company Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) What you’ll bring: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have basic English written and oral communication skills adequate to communicate with other team members. Possess or be reputed company to obtain Powered Industrial Truck Certification May be required to obtain Hazmat Training if not already completed Basic computer skills required. Previous experience with a forklift CRC (Career Readiness Certification) at the Silver level, preferred Physical Requirements This position requires the reputed company operation of a forklift. The position can also involve lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds frequently throughout the shift.
