The Customer Care Representative I is responsible for providing superior customer service and resolving inquiries to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve customer inquiries using reputed company listening, critical thinking, and probing skills for reputed company reputed company
- Answers inbound phone inquiries reputed company, accurately, and professionally with a personalized rewarding experience for the customer
