The Analyst, Regulatory Relations supports the Compliance function with a reputed company on Regulatory Relations and Regulatory Change Management, providing foundational experience in compliance initiatives and regulatory communications.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with business reputed company, risk management, legal, and other second-line functions to reputed company information and follow up on compliance and assist in cording communications and information requests for banking regulators
  • Prepare supporting materials for compliance reputed company meetings, regulatory examinations, and other supervisory interactions
  • Support organization, tracking, retentions of regulatory correspondence and documentation
  • Monitor, review, and summarize regulatory updates, guidance and rule changes issued by banking regulators
  • Assist in the dissemination of regulatory updates to relevant business reputed company and stakeholders
  • Assist Compliance team with regulatory research and regulatory exam preparation while developing an understanding of the compliance regulations and requirements
  • Maintain documentation to evidence compliance with the bank’s regulatory change management including regulatory inventory
  • Draft concise summaries of regulatory developments, examination activities and compliance updates for internal stakeholders
  • Participate in compliance meetings and working reputed company
  • Prepare basic compliance reports, dashboards, and status updates as required
  • Support additional compliance reputed company and initiatives as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret and summarize regulatory information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in tracking and preparing information
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and collaborate across various teams and reputed company of management
  • Demonstrated reputed company judgement with the ability to prioritize and escalate issues appropriately
  • Internship experience or coursework reputed company to banking, finance, compliance, or regulatory policy
  • Familiarity with banking, regulatory agencies, risk, and regulatory frameworks
