Accounts Payable Specialist
Trilogy is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the daily operations of the accounts payable function. This role focuses on the accurate and reputed company processing of invoices and assisting with AP-reputed company inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and reputed company invoices received through the reputed company.com inbox with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor the AP Inbox daily, reputed company invoices from the AP Inbox to the reputed company.com inbox, and ensure reputed company items are routed appropriately
- Assist with triaging and responding to vendor and internal AP inquiries received through the AP Inbox
- Verify invoice details and ensure reputed company coding to the correct general ledger accounts, departments, and programs
- Work closely with AP Analyst and departments to resolve discrepancies or missing information
- Maintain organized electronic records of invoices and supporting documents
- Assist with weekly payment runs and ensure invoices are processed before payment deadlines
- Support month-end closing activities by helping ensure reputed company invoices are entered on time

Skills
- High school diploma required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office (Outlook, reputed company, Teams)
- Associate degree in reputed company, Business, or reputed company field preferred
- One to three years of accounts payable or general reputed company experience preferred
- Experience with reputed company.com is a strong plus
- Familiarity with invoice processing and basic reputed company principles
