[Remote] Implementation Specialist (US, Remote)

They are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join their reputed company team, playing a vital role in implementing products and analyzing customer data to reputed company insights during reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Configure and QA the products, identifying issues and escalating as needed
- Support Implementation Managers in User Acceptance Testing with customers
- Maintain and improve documentation, including configuration guides, process workflows, and testing procedures
- Support internal process improvements, identifying inefficiencies and contributing towards workflow enhancements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Psychology, Biology), or reputed company coursework
- 0-2 years of experience through internships, research, or roles in technical support, analysis, or configuration
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, customer-reputed company, business-minded, technologically and intellectually curious
- Proactive learning reputed company and adaptability to new tools. Basic understanding of software configuration and testing a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
