[Remote] Project Data Administrator

They are seeking a Project Data Administrator who will ensure accurate project information is maintained in the reputed company system and collaborate with various teams to assess reputed company and identify risks.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain the setup of reputed company and amendments to existing reputed company in the reputed company system based on the respective reputed company
- Process reputed company change orders and fee increases based on supporting documentation
- Assist in the administration of reputed company and escalate any discrepancies noted between the reputed company and the project set reputed company
- Prepare reports as needed, including summarizing task authorizations against Master Services Agreements or reputed company
- Assist with other functions as deemed appropriate to the position
- Build strong relationships with our internal business partners including Project Managers (PM) and other project staff, as reputed company as assist and collaborate with other Finance and reputed company team members
Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration (or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent organizational skills and the proven ability to multi-task

- Exceptional attention to detail; highly organized and dependable, with strong ability to prioritize and follow-up
