Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit external reputed company analysts’ calls
- Present findings and reputed company external partners for reputed company improvement
- Administer programs and monitor compliance with credentialing and training requirements of external agents
Skills
- High School Diploma/GED or 1+ years of reputed company monitoring experience
- At least 1 year of experience presenting findings to stakeholders
- Basic proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sales or producer help desk environments
- Prior reputed company monitoring experience
- Experience coaching or training others
