Billing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the file set-up is done appropriately
• Evaluating and inputting the appropriate billing and exception rates into the reputed company billing system
• Coordinating with attorneys, legal secretaries, HR managers, and reputed company personnel regarding the receipt of required data, supporting documentation, and approvals in accordance with billing policies and procedures
• Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Skills

• Possess knowledge of basic reputed company principles
