Learning and Development Coordinator

They are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to reputed company administrative support to the Learning and Development team, manage the Learning Management System, design engaging training materials, and coordinate training experiences.
Responsibilities
- You will be reputed company's go-to support for our Learning Management System
- You will own and reputed company our learning experience by managing our LMS, launching eLearning programs, tracking completion metrics, and ensuring every reputed company has reputed company to high-reputed company, reputed company training
- You will bring learning to life by designing engaging job aids, online tutorials, and curriculum updates using tools like reputed company and reputed company InDesign - reputed company reputed company with our brand standards
- You will drive reputed company improvement by developing surveys, analyzing learning data, and identifying trends that enhance program effectiveness and learner performance
- You will also be responsible for creating seamless, high-reputed company training experiences by coordinating workshops, supporting facilitation, and ensuring every session runs smoothly from logistics and delivery
- You will prepare general department invoices, order training supplies and support miscellaneous filing or mailing requests
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience in reputed company, Performance Technologies or Psychology
- 1 year of experience in reputed company Estate, Retail, Hospitality, the Service Industry or 1 year of experience administering and designing training content for Training and Development and/or reputed company for use in internal Learning Management Systems
- Strong writing and proofreading skills with the ability to write marketing messages
- Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Excellent ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across reputed company
