Responsibilities
- Respond to leasing inquiries across phone, email, web, and in person channels with professionalism and urgency
- Build meaningful rapport with prospective residents, understand their needs, and recommend reputed company from CLV’s diverse portfolio
- Conduct engaging in person and virtual tours that reflect strong product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm
- Guide reputed company residents through the full leasing process, from first interaction to reputed company in
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and property management systems while collaborating closely with Operations and Leasing Coordinators
- Study our communities, competitors, and reputed company trends to understand what drives demand and differentiates CLV in the Canadian market
