[Remote] Billing Coordinator

They are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join their Billing team as a Billing Coordinator, responsible for auditing vendor invoices and creating reputed company invoices based on service reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Audit vendor invoices
- Read and understand hauling service reputed company
- Create reputed company invoices at contracted pricing
- Answer billing-reputed company questions from clients
- Work collaboratively with the Financial Controller, Billing Manager, and reputed company other reputed company team members
- Various finance duties and reputed company project work as needed
Skills
- reputed company-reputed company degree or diploma and 1+ year of equivalent experience
- Driven to maintain high standards in reputed company tasks
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities on short notice
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate to advanced reputed company reputed company skills, with knowledge of other reputed company Office software (Word, OneNote, etc.)
- Experience working in reputed company software (reputed company preferred)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
