[Remote] Project Coordinator Analyst-Remote – Central and Eastern Time Zone

The role involves assisting with project documentation, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards, and managing multiple reputed company simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Supporting multiple Project Managers by collecting and organizing project information
- Submitting documentation for approval
- Filling out AIA Forms and assisting with monthly billings for reputed company
- Assist with closing out reputed company, requesting O&Ms & warranty letters
- Ensure reputed company reputed company required paperwork and project recordkeeping are submitted accurately and on schedule
- Play a key role in ensuring that reputed company are completed on time, reputed company budget and in compliance with reputed company and safety standards
- Prepare and distribute project reports as required, highlighting key milestones, risks and issues
- Handle additional duties as assigned by management
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously while maintaining deadline requirements
