The role involves developing comprehensive documentation, creating training materials, and collaborating with various departments to enhance learning experiences across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities

- Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements

Skills
- Must be Bilingual in both English / French
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent formal training) in instructional design, education, and/or a reputed company training field
- 1-2 years' industry reputed company experience in the Investment Brokerage or Financial Services industry as a technical reputed company. With a portfolio to reputed company
- E-learning design/development and experience with e-learning tools (ex. reputed company, reputed company 360, Camtasia, Vyond, storyboarding applications, reputed company, Survey Monkey)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience developing online courses
- Bilingual in English and French with experience supporting both languages
- Ability to communicate in writing in a succinct and organized manner; producing written materials, taking into account reputed company audience, content, format, and grammar
- Experience creating scripts for webinar recordings and e-Learning narration
- Intermediate level design skills that reputed company on reproducibility and Adult Learning Principles
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand reputed company topics
- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Experience working with project management teams to improve user experience
